Du åkte ut, vad hände?
– Jag var shortstack och ställer in med 9♠ 9♣ mot Ram Vaswami’s A♠ K♣ och åkte ut.
Jag hade spelat ganska dålig poker och varit inne och slaksat i många potter. Så jag fick ta skott och det blev en coinflip.
Vad tycker du om eventet annars?
– Bra struktur och verkar kunna bli riktigt bra.
Du slutade 5:a vid förra årets WSOP. Du kommer att spela i år igen?
– Ja jag kommer spela. Jag kommer även spela flera av de andra eventen, det finns många bra.
Du har spelat professionellt en lägre tid, berätta.
– Jág har spelat professionellt sedan 1989. 1997 placerade jag mig på 14:e plats i WSOP. Jag tillhör de spelare som tycker om att spela alla spel. Inte bara Texas Hold’em.
När för vi se dig spela några turneringar i Sverige?
– Jag planerar att spela fler turneringar i Europa under nästa år. Det tar mycket på krafterna att resa så mycket till USA som jag gör. Sverige är definitivt ett land jag skulle vilja spela i.

You just got knocked out, what happened?
– I was short stacked and had to push with 9♠ 9♣ Ram Vaswami’s A♠ K♣ busted me. I was playing badly and had been playing lots of pots poorly, so in the end i had to take a chance in a coin flip situation.
How do you like the event?
– The structure is really nice and it seems like this could become a success.
You finished 5th in last years WSOP main event. Will you play again this year?
– Yes, I will play. I will also play a lot of the other WSOP events, many of them are really nice.
You have been playing professionally for quite som e time, tell us more.
– I’ve been a pro since 1989. As far back as 1997, I finished in 14th place at the WSOP main event. I like all poker games, not just Texas Hold’em.
When will we see you play in Sweden?
– I plan on playing lots of tournaments in Europe next year. It is too stressfull travelling to the States all the time, like I do. Sweden is definately one of the countries i would like to play in.
