Spelkonferens i USA hastigt inställd
Spelkonferensen Bodog.com Marketing Conference som skulle ägt rum i Las Vegas mellan den 23-25 juli har ställts in med mycket kort varsel.
Anledningen är att ett flertal konferensdeltagare och talare har uttryckt stor oro efter den omfattande aktionen som de amerikanska myndigheterna gjort mot spelsektorn den senaste tiden, där gripandet av Betonsports VD är det mest spektakulära, något som Poker.se rapporterat om tidigare.
I ett uttalande skriver Calvin Ayre, VD och grundare av Bodog.com, följande "In the last few days, many of you who planned to attend the conference have expressed a high level of concern over the uncertainty surrounding the U.S. governments recent actions against one of the companies in our industry. It is in light of these concerns that we have decided to postpone the Bodog.com Marketing Conference to a later date and at an international location."
