The reason Chad has such a huge stack is that he knocked out two players, one of whom Gus Hansen.

Gus hit two pair on the flop and bet 3k that Chad called. The third player went all-in for 22k with an unknown holding, and both Gus and Chad found themselves all-in as well!

Chad had the straight flush draw and hit the flush on the turn, knocking both of the others out simultaneously.
